The local Health Services will be based in New Providence. Although individuals from the Family Islands are welcomed it should be clear that it may be necessary for them to relocate to Nassau during most of the time active health services are being delivered, which can be facilitated by Tranquility Health Services. The individuals are encouraged to get any second opinions or relevant consultations before or during the engagement of Tranquility Health Services arrangement. The services are not binding to be continued by the client if not satisfied. As long as the individual continues to pay the agreed sum Tranquility Health Services will provide the services paid for.
All individuals shall be older than 12 years and if under 21 years old registration shall be co-signed by a responsible adult to participate in the receipt of Services provided by Tranquility Health Services.
The expectations are that Tranquility Health Services will provide the highest quality care within the available resources, client satisfaction and overall total healthcare quality of care management. Health Services delivered will be subjected to management by measurement and benchmarking. The optimal result will be accomplished in the circumstances.
